2nd Dan Assistant Coach

Sam Morris started training in karate when he was four years old. He has been competing in competition since the age of ten in both Kumite and Kata and is now competing at national and international level. Here are some of his achievements:

Scottish Kobe Osaka Championships Gold Medal Kata Gold Medal Kumite.
English Kobe Osaka Championships Gold Medal Kata & Gold Medal Kumite.
2007 Kobe Osaka Norwegian Open Championships Silver Medal Kata.
2008 Second Kobe Osaka Norwegian Open Championships Gold Medal Kata.

Kobe Osaka Dutch Open Championships Silver Medal Kata.
2009 Scottish National Championships
1st Kata Kobe Osaka Dutch Open Championships.
1st place Kata 18th Kobe Osaka World Karate Championships Malaysia.
1st Scottish Open Karate Championships 3rd Kata.
Represented Scotland at the Junior and Cadet World Karate Championships in Morocco, in November 2009.
2010 Kobe Osaka Championships 1st Kumite.
2011 Kobe Osaka England Kumite 1st Kumite.
2011 Kobe Osaka Championships 1st Kumite.
2012 Kobe Osaka England Kumite 1st Kumite.

Qualifications
Sam attended and passed the "Fuelling Performers" coaching certificate by Sports Coach UK.
