With the recent nicer weather and relaxations in the Covid-19 rules, Sensai’s Paul and Steven has started outdoor classes in Calendar Park, Falkirk (Paul), Zetland Park, Grangemouth (Paul) and Eaglesham Park, Eaglesham (Steven). Please see the daily WhatsApp messges for confirmation that outdoor classes are on. Classes held outdoors will also be available via Zoom. If the weather is unpredictable, the classes will be held over Zoom as normal.
